Description
The NOCC (Naval Officer Candidate Course) is the Philippine Navy’s officer training program. It is open to personnel with the rank of E-4 and above who aspire to become naval officers. NOCC transforms senior enlisted sailors into future leaders of the fleet. Graduates of the program are commissioned as Probationary Ensigns and continue their service as officers in the Philippine Navy.
