United States Navy Fighter Weapons School. The United States Navy Strike Fighter Tactics Instructor program (SFTI program), more popularly known as Top Gun is a United States Navy training program that teaches air combat maneuvering tactics and techniques to selected naval aviators and naval flight officers, who return to their operating units as surrogate instructors. Only the best may compete in this program. You may have come from other aviator games or from just knowledge, we will teach you how to fly and how to compete and complete. You will do many stages of training and some tests, this is to keep your knowledge up to date with us and the jets. Alongside in the classroom. For the other programs and squadrons we will do other groups that will train you before ### come back here. You will start here and be transferred to another squadron before sending your apps after your test and training. Which we will look at and decide if you have what it takes to fly in this program.
