𝐓𝐡𝐞 𝐋𝐞𝐚𝐠𝐮𝐞 Following the demise of the First Empire, the persistent Anarchist threat hindered the establishment of a new order. To bolster state efforts, the Territorial Army reluctantly sanctioned proactive Militia and Territorial Army Officers to establish the League, tasked with intervening in areas beyond the reach of regular military units. Despite evoking hesitation and disdain among enemy civilians, the feared League proved significantly more formidable and efficient than conventional occupying forces.
