Description
The primary historical Russian faction for of the winter roleplay survival adventure game, NORTHWIND! By the conclusion of the Great Northern War in 1721, the Russsian presence in Canada had been nearly erased by French and British fleets seizing fur-colonies in Hudson's Bay. At the start of 1723, Tzarevich Pyotr II and his father Tzar Pyotr I had resolved the instability caused by the war and began mobilizing a force to reclaim the eastern colonies. On July 7th, 1723, 3 regiments — the Chernigov, Libau, and Preobrazhensky under the command of Pyotr II set sail from Arkhangelsk to begin the treacherous journey across the arctic circle. By November they reached western Canada and on April 18th, 1724, the Tzardom had established a Governorship under Tzarevich Pyotr. We offer food, shelter and arms to all who enlist!
