The larger portion of TXF's population will consist of developers, as well as those who run groups. Application is limited, you will be ranked when deemed fit via. intellectual contributions. A name change is not mandatory, however if you do desire to bear the name "Xylier", you'll be honoured with the rank of "Royal Family", reserved for only the most dedicated family members.
