Description
Duties: Performance of extremely swift and accurate activities like raids, apprehensions or rescues. Provision of assistance in specific high-risk incidents such as hostage scenarios or active shooter situations. Execution of particular operations like anti-terrorism actions or arresting wanted criminals. Requirements: Physical fitness: Members must be physically fit enough to cope with the demands of highly intense duties. Mental agility: Alertness and creative thinking are vital for adjusting to rapid changes in a situation. Training: The usual way is providing broad training in weapons handling, close quarter combat and tactical movement. Discipline: They have to adhere strictly to rules as well as keep calm during times when they are under tension. Teamwork: In order for the team members to work together effectively, they need to communicate well with each other and cooperate on various operations planning stages.
