What goes on in the underground levels of this institute is not known to anybody but a select few. These underground levels contain the entrance to an area titled the Rooms. - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - ROSYNC primarily operates within the Rooms.
