In New California 2242, After San Francisco destroyed the Enclave CONTROL STATION, anew Faction blossomed the pre-war immigrants of Vault 9 from San Francisco decided to make Socialist Japanese Party Known as Nanijima. Nanijima is elite Pan-Japanese Paramilitary organization where only the strongest shall thrive and weak shall perish.
