反恐特勤隊（英文：Counter Terrorism Response Unit，縮寫：CTRU）於2009年7月成立，隸屬於香港警務處行動處行動部重大事故科反恐怖活動及內部保安組，為準軍事化特種警察部隊，主要責任為執行警務處的反恐策略（「偵察、搜救、防禦、保護、戒備、封鎖、追查及復原」）、反恐巡邏潛在恐怖襲擊威脅的建築物及地點、處理恐怖襲擊
