▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬ As thousands of men and women enlist in the ranks of The Continental Army, a universal training program has never been more important. To solve our education obstacles, the Military Academy has been instated. This program requires all officers with the intent to train infantry to get certified. Without certification, no officer is permitted to train unless they are training regiments. The academic structure and requirements only have an effect on infantry training, the regimental corps may continue as usual. Any officer found attempting to train infantry without certification after being warned once will be demoted. Certified trainings will all be the same, creating a universal quality that all infantry can benefit from.
