Description
𝐁𝐘 𝐍𝐄𝐂𝐄𝐒𝐒𝐈𝐓𝐘, 𝐍𝐎𝐓 𝐂𝐇𝐎𝐈𝐂𝐄 Built from the backbones of the finest Black businessmen from New York, Pennsylvania, Delaware, Maryland, and California. A means for unification. The association became official upon a mutual agreement in 1959 with Harlem boss Brian Harris and the late Philadelphia boss, Jonathan Barnes. “The game’s rigged, so we’re rewriting the rules.”
