Description
This is a hangout where all my friends can meet. (We sadly had to change things since our last group got raided so don't hesitate to join back :] ORIGIN OF GROUP: In the 1770s, Hesse, a region in central Germany, was ruled by Landgrave Frederick II of Hesse-Kassel. The region played a significant role in the American Revolution, with thousands of Hessian soldiers hired by Britain to fight against American colonists. Despite the military engagement, Hesse was also experiencing gradual internal reforms inspired by Enlightenment ideas, particularly under Frederick’s leadership, which aimed to improve agriculture, industry, and education.
