Technologically equal to the Enclaves forces but severely outnumbered, the 石 call on their allies the New California Republic to help in the effort. The Conflict, a long and bloody one, has no true winner with both sides taking heavy casualties. This ends up in a stalemate between the two sides both trying to anticipate when the next strike begins. Meanwhile The Emperor, head of the 石 plans on his next course of actions. This being to send a small but effective expeditionary force to the Northern Palisade to gather intel and assist the NCR's recent military endeavors in the Region.
