### rihe Training Base, also known as ### rihe Joint Tactical Training Base, is a People's Liberation Army (PLA) base in Inner Mongolia, China, established in 1957. ### Rihe is the largest military base in ChinaThe base has various simulation facilities, including highways, runways, city centers (one of which is very similar to the Presidential Palace in Taipei, Taiwan), and approximate replicas of the Eiffel Tower. Many of these buildings were built between 2013 and ####### #### 1997, the Central Military Commission designated ### Rihe Base for modernization and transformed it into a training base in China. On August 25, 2003, the People's Liberation Army opened the base to foreign armed forces for the first time.
