Description
Øbelisk is one of the few Delinquent Gangs within the Chiyoda ward of Tokyo’s Kōjimachi Area. “The strength of our skills have awoken” Information: The Øbelisk gang are a humble delinquent gang from. Chiyoda Ward, they’re young and misguided individuals looking to make a change in their home ward. Our goal is to bond with our other misguided brothers/sisters..eventually taking control our city.
