"Framåtanda och stolthet - Ambition and pride" The South Skåne, abbreviated to P7, is a mechanised infantry regiment focused on enabling high mobility and combat effectiveness through its IFVs, MRAPs, and MBTs. The Regiment plays a key role in defending southern Sweden and its proximity to the Baltic Sea and Denmark. The Regiment is broken into different battalions, each specialising in both the operation of its vehicles and infantry.
