Description

Engineering & Technical Operations are what keep the installation operational. They ensure that any day-to-day operational equipment is supplied, and that all equipment is functional. Their handiwork is the reason all anomalies remain under a secured contained area at all times. This is E&Ts operations group. They repair maintenance issues on the installation and stock resources around the installation as well. - Alpha Roman, 20260402

Growth

2 measurements spanning 35 days, net -2. Dots are measurements; the straight line between them is drawn to join them, not to claim we know the path taken in between — snapshots are recorded only when a count changes, so gaps mean “no change observed”, never “interpolated”. The vertical axis spans 22–24 and does not start at zero.
