Description
The Serpents Hand is known for its kindness to the anomalous. A handful of members have begun to form their own groups across the world with multiple Private Military Corporations acting as their arms strength. Ever since Dr. Cronus defected to the Serpents Hand, it would seem his efforts against the jailers are second to none. All anomalous entities should be free for the world to interact with.
