NR. 1. Infanterie Regiment #34434199
Description
🌿 The Nr. 1 👑 is the regiment of the Emperor's namesake. The regiment was founded in 1715 in the Trier Electorate in the Holy Roman Empire. In 1726 the regiment fell under the ownership of Franz I of the Holy Roman Empire and the regiment would go on to keep this name for the rest of its service life. The Nr. 1 Franz Regiment served valiantly throughout the 7 years war and in 1769 was designated as the Nr. 1 Austrian Regiment of Foot, with the name of the regiment changing depending upon which Emperor was in power at the time. 🌿 Für das Vaterland! 🌿
