Description

The Regina Coeli Correctional Facility is located somewhere unknown in Italy, among the waves of the sea and the absolute nothingness. This once holy place was made a prison in the early 1900s when it was a private catholic convent for wealthy people. Thick stone walls and iron gates that were once known for serenity and devotion are now symbols of impregnability. It had, by 1990, earned a fearsome reputation as an institution where right and wrong were often censored.
