[STARBASE CLAN] In the depths of the cosmos, where the boundaries of reality and imagination blur, there exists a celestial order known as the "Overseers." These enigmatic beings are the eternal Tyrants of the universe's order. Long ago, when the universe was young and its potential was yet untapped, the first Overseer emerged from the primordial energy that birthed creation itself. He was later named "The All-Seeing Eye of the Overseers" or "The All-Seeing Emperor" and went on to birth the higher race of the Overseers, and create an order under his primary control. Their main objective is to maintain order and complete control over the universe. They do so by any means necessary, and have been the cause of much chaos and extinction throughout time and have bent the will of other species' to do their bidding as in their eyes they are seen as lesser beings than themselves.
