𝗚𝗥𝗨 𝗗𝗶𝘃𝗶𝘀𝗶𝗼𝗻 "𝗣" - 𝗜𝗻𝘀𝘁𝗶𝘁𝘂𝘁𝗲 𝗼𝗳 𝗠𝗲𝗱𝗶𝗰𝗮𝗹 𝗔𝗳𝗳𝗮𝗶𝗿𝘀 ▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬ The Institute of Medical Affairs, similarly to the Institute of Psychotronic Research is a joint organization between the GRU-P and the Soviet Ministry of Health, it was established at a similar time to the Institute of Psychotronic Research, which in tandem with their non-combative nature makes them almost like Sibling-Departments outside of their differing Ethics. ▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬ 𝗙𝗢𝗥 𝗧𝗛𝗘 𝗠𝗢𝗧𝗛𝗘𝗥𝗟𝗔𝗡𝗗
