Description
GRU Division "Psychotronics" Remnant or commonly referred to as GRU-PR is a hostile Russian GOI. GRU-PR focuses on the raiding of S.C.P sites to capture anomalies and sell them to G.O.I's or world governments, commonly Russia and Kazakhstan. GRU-P also places spies in foundation facilities. GRU-PR is unofficial rogue branch of Glavnoye Razvedyvatelnoye Upravlenie (Russian: Chief Intelligence Office) or GRU a Russian intelligence agency that gathers information on other countries. GRU-P was founded by Joseph ###### to investigate the death of Bolshevik leader #####. ##### was believed to have been assassinated at gun point. It was later discovered that he was killed using a construct-invasive reality discrepancy device. Although GRU-P dissolved along with the collapse of the Soviet Union in 1991 a small group of members split from the main GRU-P forming GRU-P Remnant.
