Naruto-Rasengan #34459831
OtherENanimefan-fictionlore
Description
Rasengan was created by Minato Namikaze based on the Tailed Beast Ball. He worked for 3 years to create Rasengan, which he aims to be the highest form of shape transformation. Because it represents a higher form of shape transformation, mastering Rasengan allows the user to master shape transformation without even realizing it. Like most of Minato's jutsu, Rasengan does not require hand seals to function. Once created, it requires no additional chakra to maintain, meaning that there is no hard limit to how long Rasengan can be held. However, Rasengan will dissipate if it collides with anything, even if it is an unintended target. While the shape of the Rasengan does not change from user to user, its size can vary from barely noticeable in the user's hand to much larger than the user's hand. If the user's Rasengan experience increases, they can create a Rasengan of larger size, or even one in each hand.
