Description
Sons of Artemis The backbone of the Syracusan forces, citizen-soldiers who form the core of the phalanx. These heavily-armored hoplites, named for the goddess of the hunt, Artemis, are renowned for their discipline and skill in close-quarter combat. Equipped with heavy shields and thrusting swords, they create a nearly impenetrable wall against enemy forces.
