The Imperial Strategic Think Tank is responsible for making up the strategies that are used with the Galactic Empire. It houses the brightest minds to have ever lived within the ever expanding borders of our glorious Galactic Empire. While the 98th Imperial Infantry branch of the Imperial Strategic Think Tank is not the brightest light within the ISTT, they are still adequate enough with a success rate of 28.9% and an acceptable casualty factor per attack of 81.7%.
