𝐂𝐫𝐨𝐰𝐧𝐬 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐂𝐨𝐧𝐪𝐮𝐞𝐬𝐭 — 𝐓𝐡𝐞 𝐖𝐞𝐬𝐭𝐞𝐫𝐥𝐚𝐧𝐝𝐬 “Gold and Glory: Our Strength Unmatched in All Realms of Men” ━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━ The Westerlands, historically known as the Kingdom of the West, is the westernmost region on the continent of Westoria. Before Vaelon's Conquest, various houses had claimed the title of Monarch of the West. However, decades before Vaelon's Conquest, House Lancaster of Lion's Cliff had conducted various military campaigns that had gradually united the Westerlands under their claimant to the title of Monarch of the West. The Westerlands, in particular, suffered the most during Vaelon's Conquest. Refusing to swear fealty to Vaelon the Conqueror, much of their their armies and castles were subsequently burned by dragonfire. After Vaelon's Conquest, however, House Lancaster constructed Goldharbor, a massive coastal port that gave the Westerlands a colossal economic recovery and boost, being able to maintain its power.
