Staff are responsible for maintaining the discipline, integrity and competence of SBA's graduating officers. [𝐌𝐄𝐌𝐁𝐄𝐑𝐒𝐇𝐈𝐏] To begin the OTC program, you must reach a minimum rank of OR-5/Sergeant and be recommended for an officer position by one of your regimental HICOM. To become a member of OTC staff, watch for and pass an application/interview located on the main BA comms located in social links. [𝐃𝐑𝐄𝐒𝐒 𝐏𝐑𝐎𝐓𝐎𝐂𝐎𝐋] You must wear a uniform and beret while on duty, if you can afford a uniform buy it in the group store. Your avatar must have a realistic skin tone, face, and no package. Not following these protocols will get you exiled from OTC.
