League was founded at 12/20. Still have to work on stuff. Western Conference Alaskan Division: Fairbanks (Unowned) Anchorage (Unowned) Northern Canadian Division: Yellowknife (Unowned) Nunavut (Unowned) Eastern Conference European Division: Greenland (Unowned) Reykjavík (Unowned) Southern Canadian Division: Newfoundland and Labrador (Unowned) Quebec City (Unowned) if your a BMHL tier 1, 2, or IHL(major) player, you are restricted from playing in the league, but you could still own a team. please don't try to sneak into the league with a alt account. I'm trying to make a experience for lowered and moderate skilled players. And there's probablly not going to be anything special about this league anyways.
