The Tactictal Spotting/Scouting and Transportation Division is dedicated to making Evacuation Zones, finding survivors by not using helicoptors so that we can get a different angle than the classic birds eye view heliopters give you and transporting supplies and people to and from safe zones. We are not an official faction like you see some players using. We do not require external apps.
