Description
The Downfall of Pacifico's Street Racing Scene: A few years ago, Pacifico used to be a hotspot for street racers. You couldn't go a day without seeing at least one. Races were happening left and right, teams were going head to head. However, that all came to an end when the first big "families" started to make their debuts. It ruined the street racing scene, due to people within it either leaving to go pursue paths with these families or leaving the city in general because of their presence. Soon, street racing was a thing of the past. The Revival/Pacifico Underground: Fast forward to now. Pacifico Underground was born, with one sole purpose in mind. Bring back street racing. With a lot of these so-called families and crime organizations disbanding recently, now's the time to change things up. That's our goal here. That's our vision. Welcome to the Underground.
