Description
The Korean People's Army (KPA) is the military force of North Korea, focused on defending the nation and maintaining the power of its leadership. With over a million active soldiers, the KPA consists of the Ground Forces (Army), which oversee missile and nuclear programs. The army is known for its strict discipline, loyalty to the regime, and massive reserve forces. The KPA is dedicated to protecting North Korea’s sovereignty, with a focus on deterrence and preparedness for conflict, particularly with South Korea and its allies. While much of the KPA's equipment is based on older technology, they have developed advanced missile systems and other military capabilities
