Description
The Hermes branch of the PHYSICS Division specialises in medical care. Made up of members from the World Parahealth Organisation, Hermes was created as a joint venture to support the Coalition's field endeavours, thus Hermes becoming PHYSICS's Combat Medic Corps. Originally assigned as a subunit of Strike Team 267, Hermes was made independent following a proposal to expand its operations beyond the scope of the Strike Team's duties. Hermes is responsible for supporting field operations by providing first aid to Coalition forces on the frontlines, with a directive to provide medical support at a moment's notice to minimise the loss of personnel and equipment.
