Velnori Elves #34707587
Description
Khar Velnarin Cult-like Elven remnants. The Velnori have been reduced to a remnant, cult-like band made up exclusively of Elves in the Grothmar region. Velnori Elves were known for their belief in the Gods of the Dark Speech, a cruel and blasphemous system of worship. Exiled, decimated and displaced after the fated war with the Western Empire, the Velnori Elves have adopted an isolationist approach towards anyone outside of their group.
