Custodes Aurei #347083595
Description
The Custodes Aurei are the sacred shield of the Imperator Aeternus and the eternal guardians of the Domus Aurea. Unlike the marching legions, these warriors are chosen not for numbers but for unbreakable loyalty and flawless discipline. Each Guardian is handpicked from the most proven soldiers of the empire, sworn to protect the Crown until their final breath. Clad in gilded armor engraved with laurel motifs, the Custodes Aurei stand watch within palaces, temples, and council halls. Their presence alone is a reminder that the Imperator is untouchable, divine, and eternal. To bear their golden shield is not merely a duty — it is the highest honor an Aurelii soldier may achieve. They fight not as an army, but as an unyielding wall, defending the Imperator from blade, poison, and treachery alike. Betrayal within their ranks is unknown; their oath binds them to the Crown even beyond death, their names forever etched into the Roll of Eternal Service.
