AWA | EXTERNAL SANCTION AND DIPLOMATIC OPERATIONS #34713651
Game fan groupsENroleplayfictional-universeauthority-themed
Description
External Sanction and Diplomatic Operations governs all contact beyond Authority control. Every alliance, ceasefire, ultimatum, and declaration of hostility is processed through this department. Nothing outside the Authority moves without being assessed, classified, and sanctioned. Diplomacy is a tool, not a principle. Negotiation is conducted to determine usefulness, compliance, and long-term value. Entities deemed cooperative are leveraged. Entities deemed unstable or hostile are cataloged, monitored, and escalated against without hesitation. Once an organization, faction, or individual is formally designated a threat, that status does not expire. Sanctions are enforced through pressure, isolation, or direct action by Authority divisions. Reclassification is rare. Forgiveness is not a policy. ESDO does not fight anomalies. It decides who is allowed to fight alongside the Authority — and who will be erased by it. Every war begins here.
