𝐍𝐎𝐑𝐓𝐇𝐄𝐑𝐍 𝐑𝐇𝐎𝐃𝐄𝐒𝐈𝐀 𝟏𝟗𝟏𝟏 - 𝐏𝐫𝐞𝐬𝐞𝐧𝐭 ━━━━━━━━━━ Northern Rhodesia, a British Protectorate established in 1924, is a landlocked territory in south-central Africa. Governed by a British-appointed Governor and an administrative council, it maintained a colonial structure that marginalized the indigenous African population while promoting European settler interests. As decolonization swept through Africa in the mid-20th century, Northern Rhodesia faced rising nationalist movements and insurgencies, increasingly resisted colonial rule through both political activism and armed resistance.
