The "Eternal Vanguard" serves as the pioneer corps of Netheria. This division, in which only the most skilled and smartest people are selected from the entire faction, allows Netheria to be more effective against its enemies. There are some mandatory conditions to join this union, these are: - You must be good at Valon's tech. - You must be responsible and avoid childish behavior. - You must show activity. - You must comply with the hierarchy.
