Description
We evolved from a TARDIS in the vortex, which was the size of a full city inside at first we were experiments to see if it as possible to expand the regeneration cycle, it was partly successful because we could regenerate as many times as wanted but their lord president who later became ours was betryed by his council and was exilied from Gallifrey and the Time Lords locked us in the vortex.That wasn't enough we eventually created vortex manipulators and tried to escape. The Time Lords thought of that when they created us and implanted a gene that if we use of Vortex Manipulators we would burn but one of our scientists managed to change us so it would not affect us it was a miracle, eventually we escaped and found a suitable planet where we were able to expand our race, grow many tardis models and explore the universe.
