Description
Noobs United is the citadel of inter-nation civilities, being used for trading of natural resources, technology, knowledge, and overall discussion. The primary nations involved in the citadels functions are Imperial Guesa, Republic of Nusia, and Duchy of Cascadia. In very rare cases do you find Dummies within the citadel walls, many of these dummies being defectors from Dominia and trying to find a better life. The presence of Noobs United within S.C.P research facilities is for the protection of any instances of SCP-0583 and subsequent assistance in any actions they intend to make. Noobs United, specifically the Noob Council and Research Division are dedicated in the research of reality and dimension hopping anomalies, honing Nusian and Guesan technology to defuse, enhance, or control said abilities.
