System: To gain points you are required to attend, hist, or advertise when necessary/needed/asked. Your points will be noted by me, but you are free to keep track of them yourself. At a certain amount of points you will be either promoted, placed in demotion risk, or demoted. Ways to gain POINTS: Hosting Attending sessions Advertising(informing me you have/are) Doing shouts and more. This is a job, you will/can be paid, do not stress about this too much.
