Description
Bruised, battered, and betrayed by the wars and squabbles of despots and tyrants, many a soldier grows weary of fighting for causes that care naught for their life or liberties. Likewise, many a mercenary and soldier of fortune becomes angered when they are denied pay by their employers. These mutinous soldiers abandon their old banners and coats of arms, and flock to the adventurous life promised by the Jolly Roger. Bound by their old notions of regimentation and duty, these disgruntled fighters and warriors band together to form a militia for the common defense of their new piratical homeland, continuing to drill themselves in the traditional military tactics and strategy of the many European powers that rule the West Indies.
