The man that Finga Toe Radgers was waiting for? Not you, Not a toeing chance. Just as there are people who inherited the Toe's will, soon enough some one will carry on in Ten's name as well. You may try and Destroy their spirit, but you will never extinguish their Toes. So it has been, and so it will continue to be until the very end of time. And one day in the future, when we are all unalive and finished, someone will arise carrying generations of generations of our crews history on his shoulders, and he will throw down the boot in front of him as the entire world. Tentozu, you and the government know what's coming. A quaking that will rupture the seas far and wide. That' why you're scared to show your toes. Though nothing you do will stop it. I have no interest in it myself, but someday that decagon will make the world show its toes. You know what I'm talking about and I'm sure someone will do it. Whether you like or not, that day will come soon. THE TEN TOES! THE TEN TOES IS REAL!
