Description
Following a prolonged civil conflict, the modern-day Southerners have regained control of this part of America. Under the leadership of President Sonny Cardarelli, a peace agreement was reached with the North, marking the reemergence of the South as an independent entity. On August 12, 2024, the Southern Republic officially established its new capital, the District of Davis, named in honor of past leaders who once aspired to achieve this vision. The Southern Republic Rights have been enacted as the foundational guidelines for the freedoms and liberties of Southern citizens. The Southern Military Defense and State Defense Forces remain active, tasked with securing the nation’s borders and maintaining internal peace. Immigration enforcement and related procedures have been placed under the jurisdiction of the Southern Republic Department of Law Enforcement (SRLE). It has been decreed that the SRLE will serve as the primary authority for both federal and local law enforcement.
