Welcome. The Institute for Ethical Leadership & Studies (IELS) is an educational and advisory institute founded in 2024 by James and Dr. Rosalinda Valentine. Dedicated to cultivating ethical leadership and principled decision-making, the Institute equips developers, group leaders, and individuals across ROBLOX with tools to implement ethical frameworks and leadership practices. Operating under the guidance of the Valentine Trust, IELS provides research, educational programming, and consultations to promote integrity, ethical governance, and philosophical engagement. The Institute operates to foster principled leadership and ensure alignment with the values of the Valentine Trust.
