Description
Elites of the old world, they are now unquestioned rulers of the underground in the new world. With their great numbers and control over the metro stations, the best way to travel around the capital, they found themselves an immense wealth, fielding hundreds of mercenaries while keeping other factions at bay with taxes that are criminal. They are led by a supreme leader called the conductor, who is speculated to be one of the richest people of the post-exodus Tevlor.
