Description
The 70th Infantry Division (Trailblazers) was established in 1943 in the woods of Oregon. During WW2 the division was sent to Germany. Following the war the division was kept there to reconstruct Germany. During the 1950s with the military in a major downsize the Trailblazers returned back to the states and reorganized into the Fermont Army National Guard. Today the division is still apart of the Fermont Army National Guard with the division being a combined arms division incorporating one light infantry, One armored brigade and a combat aviation brigade.
