The Government is a Fraud! Fraud was formed in 1981 in New York, NY with Raymond as the guitarist and singer, Guns as the bassist (also a singer), and James the brother of Raymond as the drummer. They debuted in 1981 with the EP "Darkest Night" and soon after Fraud would go on to make 14 studio albums, 5 EPs, 4 compilation albums, and 9 live albums for the next 45 years.
