Description
The Mobile Brigade Corps or often abbreviated as the Brimob Corps is a special paramilitary operation unit belonging to the Indonesian National Police. The Brimob Corps is the successor to the Special Police whose members are the Native Police (Keibodan) which was formed on April 29, 1943, then underwent education to become the Special Police / Tokkubetsu Keisatsutai. The Brimob Corps is the oldest corps in the Indonesian National Police because it was the forerunner to the formation of the Indonesian National Police institution.
