[-] ABOUT US Phoenix International’s Administration Department is the executive office that is responsible for overseeing both activities and actions at the management level. At this level, the department consists of all administrative personnel, Department Directors, Central Command Committee, Administrative Secretary, Chief Operations Officer, Chief Administrative Officer, and both the Vice CEO and CEO. The Administration Department has immense authority over the corporation and implements a wide range of policies that affect corporate operations. [-] PURPOSE As its name implies, the Administration Department administers and oversees operations at both the management level and across the echelons of the corporation. They are tasked with implementing policies, make executive decisions, create, and enforce rules and regulations. Personnel within this department are expected to show high competence and enforce the standards of the corporation whenever appropriate.
